Job Title: Customer Care Executive(Part-Time)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

**Responsibilities**:
Listen attentively to customer concerns, identify the root cause of the issue, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide product information, resolve service-related issues, and assist customers in navigating our systems or processes.
Document all customer interactions and details of inquiries or complaints accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to resolve customer issues or address service-related concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Empathetic and patient, with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
Proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM systems or customer support software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

- Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
