- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients in the target market segments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.

Consultative Selling:
- Conduct in-depth discovery meetings with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives.
- Present software solutions effectively, highlighting key features and benefits that align with the prospect's requirements.
- Offer consultative guidance to prospects on how software solutions can address their challenges and improve their business operations.
3.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects using CRM software.
- Manage sales pipeline effectively, from lead qualification to closure.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales forecasts to the management team.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
- Develop and present compelling proposals and quotes to prospects.
- Handle objections effectively and address any concerns raised by prospects.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients as they implement and utilize the software solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of [3] years of experience.
- Strong understanding of software products and solutions, preferably in EdTech industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
