Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with schools and coaching centers across assigned territories.
- Visit institutions to demonstrate Easetolearn’s AI-driven study solution and its benefits to students and educators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coaching heads, and decision-makers.
- Organize seminars, product demos, and workshops to showcase the platform’s features and value.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets through field visits and follow-ups.
- Collect feedback from educators and students to help improve the product offering.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, leads, and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to strategize outreach campaigns.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, educational outreach, or institutional sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and build long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in the edtech or education sector.
- Understanding of AI-driven learning tools and assessments.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
