
Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**: Actively engage with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales. Sell flats, shops, and office spaces to individuals and businesses.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through various channels (online/offline marketing, referrals, etc.), and follow up with leads to close deals.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to devise effective marketing strategies.
- **Customer Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
- **Marketing Activities**: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline), including social media promotion, advertisements, and flyers.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales progress, marketing activities, and customer feedback to management.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: A degree in **Marketing**, **Business Administration**, or any related field (preferably).

- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (social media, CRM systems, etc.).
- Good understanding of the real estate market and customer preferences.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
