Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and expanding our international market presence. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and play a key role in the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:
     Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  2. Client Acquisition:
     Proactively identify and approach potential clients to establish and nurture relationships.
  3. Sales Strategy:
     Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Product Knowledge:
     Stay updated on product specifications and industry developments to provide accurate information to clients.
  5. Negotiation and Closing:
     Lead negotiations, prepare sales proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:
     Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  7. Collaboration:
     Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  8. Reporting:
     Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the food, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical industry.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  5. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and technologies.
  6. Willingness to adapt to different time zones as needed.
