About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven
Digital Marketing Executive
to manage and grow our brand presence across online platforms. You will handle social media, content, ads, SEO, and digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content

  • Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories, captions).
  • Plan monthly content calendars.
  • Increase followers, reach, and engagement.

Performance & Advertising

  • Manage
    Meta Ads
    ,
    Google Ads
    , and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor ad performance and ROI.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.

SEO & Website Management

  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
  • Improve website rankings, traffic, and visibility.
  • Coordinate with designers/developers for website updates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Suggest improvements based on analytics.

General Marketing

  • Coordinate for promotional activities, offers, and branding.
  • Research competitors and market trends.
  • Assist in email/SMS marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills can also apply).

  • Content Creation
  • Analytics tools
  • Creative thinking & strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN).
  • Knowledge of influencer collaboration and branding.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns.
