Marketing Duties & Responsibilities
- Build relationships and communicate activities
- Work closely marketing team to ensure there is a consistent view across direct and in-direct marketing channels

Provide strong feedback and direction on company-wide marketing and product directions,
- Communicate in a clear, consistent, constructive, and positive manner
- Responsible for planning and managing of trade shows and sales events
- Thorough knowledge of campaign-to-lead process
- Understanding of marketing database and data attributes used for campaign targeting, response qualification and lead follow-up, and reporting
- Understanding of sales coverage models and lead routes to that model
- A team player - must be country focused, whilst ensuring the company meets strategic, brand and revenue goals for business mobility
- Assess the market, competition, and our position in the marketplace
- Develop, build out, and execute lead management strategies with traditional and non-traditional tactics, including lead nurturing drips, lifecycle management
- Execute on tasks to optimize live campaigns
- Manage creative briefs and workflow for new marketing content and collateral
- Ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and within agreed strategy and plan
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and the Microsoft PowerPoint (preferred
- Monitor industry news and developments monitor competitors and industry leaders for emerging trends and platforms
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and other pressures while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Experience and facility with information technology and software for marketing the practice group, including website, databases and knowledge management tools
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral for presentation purpose
- Deployment support - participate on monthly calls to provide updates address cross functional issues
- Deploy ongoing sales training and region engagement and communications internationally
- Manage, coordinate, & lead design wins & associated activities for revenue forecasting, accuracy, & generation
- Conduct & lead detailed customer analysis to drive & manage action plans for higher design win conversion
- Ensure to provide training related to product and skill development on time to time basis to internal team and Clients.
- To conduct Seminar /host Seminar related to product and other object as based on company requirement
- Manage, review, report, & manage customer plans/projects/milestones

Qualifications & Skill:

- 1. Ability to work well under tight deadlines and other pressures while maintaining a professional demeanour.

2. Experience and facility with information technology and software for marketing the practice group, including website, databases and knowledge management tools.

3. Strong analytical skills and proven experience.

4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral for presentation purpose.
