**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Overview**:
Seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with a strong command of digital channels, including social media, SEO, paid media.. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative content development, team leadership, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), including content creation, posting, advertising, and community engagement.
- Develop creative assets and original photography for digital campaigns.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and remarketing across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics); turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop websites, landing pages, and high-converting digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct team and client training; host seminars on product and marketing topics.
- Report to the Marketing Director; collaborate closely with the Digital Sales Director on key initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and web analytics.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, and content management systems.

Pay: Based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
