**Job Title**: LMS Executive & Coordinator
**Location**: Navi Mumbai
**Mode of Work**: On-site

**Role Description**: As an LMS Executive & Coordinator, you will manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), ensure content is up-to-date, and provide support to users. You will also act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate the LMS through interactive walkthroughs and ensuring they have a smooth learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Upload, organize, and maintain course materials and resources on the LMS.
- Ensure content is accurate, well-formatted, and user-friendly.
- Work with content creators to integrate materials seamlessly into the system.
- Manage daily LMS operations like user account setup, course creation, and updates.
- Generate and analyze simple reports on user activity and course completion.
- Act as a key contact for clients and guide them through the LMS platform.
- Conduct training sessions or create user guides and resources to improve LMS usability.
- Provide prompt technical assistance and escalate issues if needed.

**Qualification**:

- 0-3 years of experience in LMS administration, coordination, or a similar role (Freshers are welcome).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
