SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LMS support Problem solving LMS Configuration Incident management Problem management KPIs Change management Plateau reports and CMDB modules ? Leading all Learning system releases - Release notes analysis Test plan Resource Management Test scripts Test Execution Defect Management Closure and Documentation. ? Experience with GxP regulated training and documentation management. ? Evaluate business requirements related to improvements and configuring LMS application as per requirement ? Provide system maintenance support which includes upgrade configuration troubleshooting debugging and user access testing ? Training and technical support to users supervisors administrators and others who interact with the learning management system. ? Create custom reports for Managers Training Administrators Learning Leaders and Business stakeholders as needed through PRD tool (Plateau Report Designer) ? Managing System Admin Requests (Managing Users Resources Security Roles Domains Assessments and Proxy Manager Requests). ? Monitor and fixing issues related to connector jobs. ? Collaborate with Automation team to optimize the efforts for manual testing and mundane tasks.
