EducationCriteria: Graduates & Post - Graduates
Experience in comp practiceswork including job evaluation, job pricing, compensation proposalexecutive offer analysis. Experience administering annual incentive planadministration and merit cycles. Functional knowledge ofOracle Fusion HCM, Workforce, ServiceNow, Market Pay. Technical expertiseacross custom LM compensation systems/platforms or demonstratedtechnical capabilities. Attention to details and strong collaborative skillsworking across Talent and Global Operations. Governance andAttestation experience.
Overallwork experience of 2+ years within HR operations. Should haveinteracted with Employees as part o f Benefits admin experience. Shouldhave worked as / experience as an Quality checker (transactions) and trained orimprove bottom associates performance. Preferably should haveworked on SuccessFactors Employee Central. Must maintain a highdegree of care and diligence in protecting the confidentiality of employeepersonal information and documents. Must be able to workindependently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, and satisfycommitments. Strong written and oral communication skills arenecessary for interacting with all levels of the organization. Knowledge offederal, state, and local tax regulations including their respective websites,forms and procedures is a plus. Multi-state tax and compliancereporting experience. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Demonstratedattention to detail with an appreciation of complexity and risk. Demonstratedproblem-solving skills with the ability to create simple solutions. Desireto work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Manufacturingindustry experience with exposure to unions/organized labor
