The company operates in the industrial and manufacturing space with a strong presence in Mumbai. Job Description Develop and manage compensation and benefits policies aligned with organisational goals and market trends. Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures within the metal industry. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design performance-based incentive programs. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to employee compensation and benefits. Analyse compensation data and provide actionable insights to senior management. Oversee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans, ensuring alignment with employee needs. Manage vendor relationships related to benefits administration and service delivery. Lead projects to enhance employee satisfaction through innovative compensation and benefits initiatives. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead - Compensation and Benefits should have: A postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related fields. Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations. Knowledge of compliance requirements within the Mumbai market and global standards. Experience in designing and managing incentive programs tailored to business objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
