**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and digital leads to achieve admission targets.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help students choose the right courses.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure student satisfaction and retention.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in **admissions, student counseling, or education sales**.
- Excellent **communication, interpersonal, and persuasive** skills.
- Highly **motivated, confident, and target-oriented** professional.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking** abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
