**Job Summary**

We are seeking an enthusiastic **Admission Counsellor Intern** to join our sales team. As an intern in this role, you will support prospective students through the admissions process, helping them find the right programs and universities abroad. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is interested in sales, and is passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide students through the admissions process, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing personalized advice based on their academic and career aspirations.
- Conduct initial assessments to understand students’ interests, qualifications, and financial considerations to recommend suitable study programs.
- Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and nurturing student inquiries into enrolled applicants.
- Collaborate with senior admission counselors and the sales team to develop strategies for effective student outreach.
- Track and report on leads, conversion rates, and other sales metrics using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university admissions processes, and eligibility requirements for different programs.
- Support sales campaigns and initiatives designed to attract prospective students and drive admissions.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Good communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of the study abroad industry, admissions processes, and international education is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
