Key responsibility
- Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Provide detailed information about our courses, fees, and admission process to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication until enrollment.
- Convince and coordinate with counsellors or education consultants to provide student referrals for our institute.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and generate consistent student inflow.
- Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs accordingly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall center growth.
- Maintain admission records and update the CRM database regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for promotional activities and events.

Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in education sales, student counselling, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
