Key responsibility
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update student database and regular follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and on boarding processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our course offerings, fee structures, and industry trends.

Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in education sales, student counselling, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
