**Job Overview**:
As an **Admission Counsellor**, you will be responsible for **advising students, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth admission process** for our share market courses. Your role involves **counseling potential learners**, understanding their career goals, and helping them select the right program based on their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Counselling & Admissions**:

- Provide **detailed course information** and explain career benefits.
- Assist students in the **enrollment process, documentation, and fee structure**.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

**Lead Generation & Relationship Management**:

- Reach out to potential students via digital platforms, phone calls, and networking.
- Maintain relationships with past, current, and prospective students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote courses and increase enrollments.

**Market Research & Business Development**:

- Understand competitors and industry trends to position our courses effectively.
- Provide feedback to improve course offerings and marketing strategies.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for student engagement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum **1-3 years** in education counseling, sales, or a similar role.
**Skills**: Strong communication, sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
**Language**: Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
**Preferred**: Basic knowledge of the **stock market, trading, and finance** (training will be provided).
