Position Overview: Learning Advisor - Inside Sales

We’re seeking fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about education, career counseling, and consultative sales. As a Learning Advisor, you’ll engage with prospective learners to help them choose the right programs to meet their career goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Connect with 80-100 potential learners daily via phone and video calls
- Understand each learner’s educational background, professional goals, and skill gaps
- Recommend relevant upskilling programs based on personalized needs
- Support enrollment efforts and contribute to weekly/monthly revenue target
- Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-ups using CRM tools

**Who Should Apply**:

- Freshers looking to build a career in EdTech sales and guidance
- Professionals with 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales or educational counseling
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping others succeed
- Willing to work from our Thane office

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Prior experience in sales, career counseling, or EdTech is a plus
