**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **CRM Executive** to manage customer relationships, streamline CRM workflows, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction for our logistics and warehousing services. The role involves leveraging CRM tools to support sales, resolve client issues, and drive retention in a fast-paced logistics environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **CRM System Management**:
- Maintain and update client data in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Track customer interactions, service requests, and shipment-related issues.
- Generate reports on customer feedback, retention rates, and service performance.
- **Customer Support & Retention**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Proactively engage clients for feedback and identify upsell opportunities (e.g., FBA/FBGW services).
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:
- Collaborate with **Sales** to onboard new clients and ensure smooth CRM integration.
- Work with **Operations** to monitor order fulfillment, delivery timelines, and SLA compliance.
- Share client insights with the **Marketing Team** for targeted campaigns.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify gaps in CRM workflows and suggest automation/tools to enhance efficiency.
- Create SOPs for customer onboarding, query resolution, and feedback collection.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on KPIs like client retention, churn rate, and service satisfaction.
- Analyze trends in logistics complaints (e.g., delays, damages) and recommend solutions.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years in **CRM/client servicing**, preferably in logistics, 3PL, or warehousing.
- Familiarity with logistics processes (e.g., inventory management, shipment tracking).
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in **CRM tools** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills for client-facing and cross-functional collaboration.
- Problem-solving mindset to address logistics-specific challenges.
- **Preferred**:
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or TMS.
- Understanding of e-commerce/D2C fulfillment workflows.
