**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on various aspects of digital marketing.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment conducive to skill development and growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring individuals to help them achieve their professional goals.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
