**Roles & Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting and supporting the daily running of sales programs and procedures. This includes providing high-level data solutions support and working on special projects to expand professional knowledge.
- Manage Account Strategist Book of Business decisions; Understand, maintain and able to make changes in Book of business.
- Research book of business history to make decisions.
- Use business rules to make decisions.
- Communicate changes to all stakeholders.
- Build Pivot tables and reports.
- Provide administrative support as assigned by management.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support is required.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excellent MS Excel skills, CRM software management.
- Salesforce experience good to have/keen to learn.
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company in an articulate, professional manner.
- Knowledge of department and Company policies, practices, and regulations.
- Ability to quickly assess situations and provide immediate and appropriate feedback.
- Ability to work without supervision on highly complex projects.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to be at work on a regular and predictable basis or as scheduled.
- Ability to overlap with U.S. team a few hours/day.
