**Job Title**: Office Admin / Receptionist
**Location**: Andheri West, Mumbai (Western Line preferred)
**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, courier coordination, stationery management, etc.
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping
- Maintain attendance and visitor logs
- Support HR/admin tasks such as scheduling interviews, onboarding, etc.
- Handle basic coordination with vendors and service providers
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist with in-office meetings
- Assist other departments with admin support as needed
**Requirements**:
- Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Polite, well-groomed, and presentable
