- Monitor work permits and other activities on the campus to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the Project Management Consultant (PMC) to ensure accident-free construction activities.
- Regularly inspect fire pump room, service block, HSD yard, LPG banks, and STP to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct risk analysis and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate risks and hazards.
- Maintain records and documentation of EHS-related work.
- Inspect machines, lifting tools, and equipment to ensure compliance and safe operation.
- Check firefighting and detection systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Provide training to construction workers and service staff on safety procedures and protocols.
- Coordinate with the PMC to conduct safety induction for workers.
- Ensure compliance with the contractor's safety program.
- Possess knowledge of environmental regulations and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Seek necessary approvals from government authorities as required.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry, with a focus on garment manufacturing and exports.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the workplace.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard mitigation techniques.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with inspection procedures for machines, lifting tools, and equipment.
- Proficiency in conducting safety training programs.
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees, contractors, and government authorities.
