Key responsibilities of an EHS Officer:

- **Policy Development and Implementation**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Communicate EHS policies to employees at all levels and ensure understanding.
- **Compliance Monitoring**:

- Regularly conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Track and report on compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- **Risk Assessment and Mitigation**:

- Perform risk assessments to identify potential workplace hazards and prioritize mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement preventive measures to control risks.
- **Incident Investigation and Reporting**:

- Investigate workplace accidents, near misses, and safety incidents to determine root causes.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- **Employee Training and Awareness**:

- Design and deliver safety training programs for employees on topics like hazard identification, emergency procedures, and safe work practices.
- Promote a safety culture within the organization through communication and awareness campaigns.
- **Regulatory Engagement**:

- Stay updated on relevant environmental and safety regulations and communicate changes to the organization.
- Interact with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and address concerns.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, training completion, and environmental monitoring data.
- Generate reports for management and regulatory bodies on EHS performance metrics.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
