Position: - SAP EHS Lead Consultant

Location: - Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Logistics Consultant to join our team in India(Anywhere) NTT Office. The ideal candidate will have 810 years of functional experience in SAP Logistics Planning and Execution, with a primary focus on SAP Transportation Management (TM). Additional expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and a solid understanding of technical/integration aspects is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP EHS.
• Experience of 8-14 years in SAP EHS.
• Expertise in Incident Management- Incident categories and severities, Incident recording, processing, Investigation, and Incident closure. Knowledge on root cause analysis methods and legal reporting.

Expertise in Health and Safety Management- Chemical Management and approval process, Risk Assessment, Sampling and Occupational Health

• Should have knowledge on Work Clearance Management in conjunction with Asset Management and Plant Maintenance. Good Knowledge on Isolation Certificates/ Safety Certificates.
• Environment Management-Knowledge on Compliance requirements, Compliance scenarios, Regulations and Permits- Air, Water and Waste.
• Should have good exposure on GHG emissions- and its types. Data collection, calculations, handle deviations and data reporting.

Good to have exposure on Audit, re-usable templates, questionnaires, reporting, and MOC.

• Good Knowledge on workflow and workflow approval processes.

Expertise in project implementation including AS-IS and TO-BE documentations, gap analysis, Functional Specification, Technical Specification, Unit testing, Integration testing and User-acceptance testing

• Must have completed a minimum of 2 SAP EHS/EHSM full life- cycle implementations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently communicate from a point of view.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements to Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements to Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members if a need arises
• 8 to 10 years of exp in SAP
• Effective communication, Written and Good Email Etiquettes Skills, as well as negotiation and problem-solving skills
• People focus and take personal responsibility
• Consistently driving results, even under tough circumstances
• High degree of reliability and thoroughness as well as high planning and organizational skills
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do" attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
• Understanding of accounting business processes
