**Job Description: Desktop Support Executive**

**Position**: Desktop Support Executive
**Location**: Sec-132, Noida
**Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Networking Support**:

- Troubleshoot and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Resolve network-related issues to ensure seamless communication.
- **Hardware Support**:

- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of computer hardware.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- **Infrastructure & System Management**:

- Handle LAN, EPBAX, DVR, and server-related troubleshooting.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on servers to ensure uptime.
- Configure and manage EPBAX systems and surveillance (DVR) setups.
- **Software Installation & Troubleshooting**:

- Ensure system security by updating antivirus and security patches.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop support, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of EPBAX, DVR, and basic server administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**How to Apply**:
