Job Description**:Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Supervision & Coordination**:

- Manage and direct the activities of staff on the floor, including assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed efficiently.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing support and coaching.
- Ensure that staff adhere to company policies and maintain high levels of customer service.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure customers have a positive experience and escalate issues when necessary.
- **Floor Management**:

- Monitor the general appearance and cleanliness of the floor or area.
- Ensure that the layout and presentation of the floor (e.g., retail space, dining area, or office) are aligned with company standards.
- Coordinate floor activities to maintain a productive, efficient, and pleasant environment.
- **Inventory & Stock Management (if applicable)**:

- Oversee the replenishment of stock or supplies, ensuring that items are readily available for staff or customers.
- Perform regular checks to ensure that inventory levels are sufficient and report shortages to management.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Ensure that all equipment and resources on the floor are functioning correctly and arrange for repairs if needed.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies that improve floor operations.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure that the floor complies with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the floor area is safe and organized, addressing any hazards immediately.
- Ensure that staff follows health and safety protocols, particularly in environments like retail stores or restaurants.
- **Report Generation & Documentation**:

- Track daily activities and report any operational issues or incidents to management.
- Assist in preparing reports on sales, customer feedback, or staff performance.
- **Event or Promotional Coordination (if applicable)**:

- Support or lead the execution of special events, promotions, or product launches on the floor.
- Coordinate with marketing or event teams to ensure successful implementation.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A high school diploma is generally required. Additional qualifications in management or customer service are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a supervisory or customer-facing role is preferred.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and staff.
- **Leadership**: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees.
- **Problem-solving**: Quick decision-making abilities to resolve issues as they arise on the floor.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- The job can be physically demanding, requiring standing for long periods, walking, and sometimes lifting or moving items.
