**We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Floor Coordinator to join our hospital team. As a Floor Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our hospital floor, ensuring smooth operations, and providing administrative support to our healthcare teams.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers**
**- Manage unit logistics, including bed assignments and supply inventory**
**- Provide administrative support to nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff**
**- Maintain accurate records and reports**
**- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff**
**- Identify and resolve unit-specific issues**
**- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective communication**
**- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements**

**Requirements**:

- MBA degree**
**- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting**
**- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills**
**- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks**
**- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital software**
