
Office Administrator/ Receptionist

Greeting visitors and notify employees that guests have arrived.
Accepting deliveries, including packages registered mail and communication sent by courier.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining files, spread sheets, sending out inter office communications.
Monitor office Expenses and maintain petty cash record.
Supervise Sales Office House-Keeping and maintenance.
Villa Verde Customer Relationship management.
Miscellaneous tasks as and when occur.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Good Communication Skill.
Greet & Meet people nicely.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
