**Job Description**:
Facility & Office Management - Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality of office premises. - Support in coordinating building repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules. - Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Liaise with vendors and contractors under the supervision of the Admin Manager. Administrative Support - Handle office supply inventories and support procurement processes. - Assist with logístical arrangements for internal meetings and office events. - Maintain records, documentation, and general filing systems. Vendor & Contractor Coordination - Support in monitoring performance of service providers (e.g., cleaning, security). - Help with documentation related to vendor contracts and service agreements. Space Planning & Office Organization - Assist with workspace allocation, seating arrangements, and office setup. - Help coordinate office moves or minor furniture adjustments as needed. Health & Safety - Support in conducting safety audits and maintaining emergency contact lists. - Assist in updating and maintaining safety compliance documents. Budget & Expense Monitoring - Assist with tracking facility-related expenses. - Support in budget preparation by gathering relevant data and reports. Reporting & Communication - Serve as a support contact for internal facility-related queries. - Help prepare periodic reports on office maintenance and service performance
**Additional Skills**:
Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Willingness to learn and grow in a facility and administrative role. - Basic knowledge of safety and building operations is a plus.
