We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Procurement Executive (Fresher)** to support our procurement team in sourcing materials, managing vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in supply chain and procurement management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing suppliers and evaluating quotations
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Maintain and update purchase records, vendor database, and pricing sheets
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements
- Assist in negotiating prices and terms with vendors
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid project delays
- Track and monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Support in preparing procurement reports and documentation
- Follow company policies and ethical standards in procurement processes

**Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of procurement/supply chain processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
