Procurement Executive

Manage the **procurement of sheet metal components, fabricated parts, and engineering materials** as per project requirements.
- Review and interpret **engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials)** and technical specifications to ensure accurate sourcing.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors to enhance supply chain performance.
- Negotiate **pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules** with suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement to support production and project timelines.
- Maintain strong coordination with **design, production, and quality teams** for technical clarifications.
- Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, supplier databases, and cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong knowledge of **procurement processes & supply chain management**.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing **sheet metal parts and fabricated components**.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings / engineering specifications**.
- Proficiency in **SAP MM / ERP systems** (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
**Educational Qualification**:B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent.
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
