**Job Title**: Procurement Executive

**Experience**: Minimum 0-2 years

**Job Location**: Chennai

**Responsibilities**:

- Vendor Management:

- Maintain strong relationships with OEM / Distributors, Negotiating favourable terms and conditions.
- Understanding of OEM / Distributors supply chain procedures to get the product / service delivered at earliest.
- Order Processing:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand and fasten the order process.
- Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Keep track of all goods and services ordered and received, and maintain accurate inventory records including details on price, performance, and delivery.
- Interact with suppliers daily to develop and nurture mutually beneficial relationships
- Maintain up to date and precise records of orders, shipments, inventory, and reports Negotiation
- Negotiate with OEM / Distributors to achieve the targeted prices & terms
- Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
- Quality Assurance:

- Work closely with OEM / Distributors to ensure that goods and services meet as per order.
- Address and resolve any procurement related issues or discrepancies with OEM / Distributors as well as internal team.
- Cost Analysis:

- Analyze the prices, create cost-benefit analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to make informed procurement decisions.
- Communication:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Material management, Sales & Service co-ordinators, Sales Managers, Finance, Technical and management, to understand their procurement needs and provide timely updates.
- Communicate effectively with OEM / Distributors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any degree, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the IT service industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure favourable terms with OEM / Distributors.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proactive, highly motivated and flexible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
