Chennai, Tamil Nadu- Work Type: Full Time- The ePlane supply chain team needs a person to aid in the procurement workflow and enable faster execution.

**1. Skills Required**
- Review RFPs and issue RFQs.
- Vendor selection & evaluation.
- Order Management (Prepare and handle purchasing orders)
- Launch and follow up on actions on recurrent supplier inputs and process urgent requests as needed.
- Manage various supplier information and pricing data in ERP and other Procurement tools.
- Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.
- Maintain track of potential suppliers and procurement.
- Processing and administration of contractual documents such as non-disclosure agreements and contracts,
- Manage supplier quality Approval to ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

**2. Tech Skills required**
- Good MS office Skill
- ERP Knowledge is must
- Business Fluent English Skill
- Good communication skill & Ability to work in team
- Ability to work independently and Self Motivated

**3. Preferred Qualification**
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Procurement & Supply chain
