**Role**:Customer Delight Intern

**Industry Type**: Electric Mobility

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing appropriate solutions and ensure resolution via inter-departmental follow-ups
- Ensure that customer complaints are addressed within the ideal turnaround time
- Provide and collect accurate, valid and complete information during customer conversation using the right methods/tools
- Ad-hoc calling activity: feedback collection, whenever needed.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
- Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

**Other requirements**:

- Empathy
- Ability to handle unsatisfied/angry customers with patience
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new software tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
