JOB Description

Designation:  Customer Relationship Manager

Experience: 2-5 years (1 year min)

Qualification: Any degree or experience in relevant field.

Gender- Both female & male

Technical skill: - Should possess a strong command of PowerPoint, Excel, internet browsing, Google sheets, with experience CRM software being an added advantage. Should be comfortable working with online devices.

Personal skill: Strong negotiation and communication and convincing skills. Excellent customer support abilities. (Direct client interaction experience is preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Understand their gifting requirements to ensure excellent client satisfaction.

Quotation / Catalogue preparation: Create appropriate and accurate quotations / Catalogues.

CRM tools: Use CRM software to track the orders, helping the team make informed decisions.

Coordination with Vendor / Branding partners / Internal Teams: Work well with these teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and effectively address their needs.

Upselling: Identify opportunities to increase sales with existing clients by presenting additional products or services that align with their requirements.
