An INNOVER Customer Service Representative has a crucial responsibility to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all our clients. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers. Associates communicate with customers primarily through phone calls and utilize a variety of software tools to come up with effective solutions in a quickly manner.We

**Education**: UG / 10+2/ Diploma / Any Graduate in Any Specialization

**Shift**: Rotational Shifts

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience ( Voice Process )

**Salary**: Up to 3 lacs/annum

**Employment Type**: Full Time, Permanent
