**Job Summary**:
As a Computer Data Entry Operator at Shreejilink Corporate Transit, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing data efficiently. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data related to employee transportation schedules, client information, and other operational tasks. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel and Windows operating systems will be essential in ensuring accurate and timely data management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage complex spreadsheets, including data analysis and reporting.
- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity by reviewing and verifying data entries.
- Assist in generating reports and providing insights on transportation operations as needed.
- Support the team in administrative tasks, including document preparation and file management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas) and Windows operating systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or a related field are a plus.
