Data Entry Operator

Experience
- _**Atleast 2 years of experience as data entry operator with excellent Microsoft Excel experience required**_

**Location**: Kolkata (_**I**_NFINITY THINK TANKTOWER-II, 10TH FLOORPLOT NO-A3, BLOCK-GP, SALT LAKE, KOLKATA- 700091)_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inputting alphabetic and numeric information into databases with speed and accuracy.
- Using Advance Excel maintaining records and files in excel sheet.
- Ensuring data integrity and security.
- Doing the purchase entries in excel sheet.
- Generating reports and performing data analysis as required.
- Assisting with audits and data verification processes.
- Communicating effectively within the team to ensure data entry tasks are completed efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduation in any field
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.**:

- **Strong computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (especially Excel).**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in Kolkata.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply, although prior experience in data entry or a similar role would be advantageous.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
