  • Data input: Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources, including paper documents and electronic records, into computer systems and databases.
  • Data verification: Check entered data for accuracy, consistency, and correctness by cross-referencing with source documents and correcting any errors.
  • Data maintenance: Update and maintain existing databases, making corrections, and ensuring records are current.
  • Record keeping: Organize and file both physical and digital documents for easy retrieval.
  • Data security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to data integrity policies.
  • Report generation: Create and generate reports from the entered data as required by management or other departments.
