**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient **Data Entry Operator** to manage, update, and maintain student and administrative records accurately. The role requires proficiency in MS Office, strong typing skills, and the ability to work within timelines in a fast-paced academic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain student and administrative data in various databases and systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all records and reports.
- Coordinate with departments such as Admissions, Academics, and Accounts for data-related tasks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per requirements.
- Assist in compiling and organizing student and examination data.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support the administrative team in document management and record keeping.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing speed and computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with data management systems or ERP software preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience in a college, university, or educational institution will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling student data or administrative reporting preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
