**Job Description: Data Entry Operator** **Company**: Vivre Panels Pvt Ltd

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**: Accurately input and update data related to various aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to sales orders, inventory records, vendor information, and financial transactions.

**Database Management**: Maintain and organize databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Ensure that data is stored securely and is easily retrievable when needed.

**Documentation**: Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry. Review and verify data for inconsistencies or discrepancies, and correct any errors to maintain accuracy.

**Data Validation**: Perform regular checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of entered data. Cross-reference data with source documents to ensure consistency and correctness.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain proper records of data entry activities and track progress. Generate reports as required by the management to provide insights into the data entry process.

**Communication**: Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information and resolve any data-related discrepancies. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure data accuracy and resolve any issues.

**Quality Control**: Implement quality control measures to prevent errors and discrepancies in data entry. Strive for continuous improvement in data accuracy and overall data management processes.

**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity and adhere to company policies regarding data protection and privacy.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.

Proficient in using data entry software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and data management systems.

Fast typing skills with high accuracy.

Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of concentration.

Familiarity with the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
