Urgently hiring of **Data Entry Operator** at a Kolkata-based firm in New Alipore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare excel data base from desired websites and google search
- Verify the data compiled with source document
- Reviews data for errors or missing information and resolves any discrepancies
- Basic understanding of English language
- Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
- Completes additional assigned tasks as required.

**Data Entry Operator Qualifications/Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or Graduate
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training. Freshers can also apply
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word), will be added benefit
- Ready to learn and adopt easily
