**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator(Fresher)

**Overview**:
A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data within the organization's databases, systems, and archives. The role involves handling sensitive and confidential information and requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Maintenance**:

- Enter data from various source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
- Ensure data accuracy by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Maintain accurate records of valuable company information.
- **Data Verification**:

- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Update existing data to ensure it is current and accurate.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and quality.
- **Data Management**:

- Organize and maintain data filing systems.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Communicate with supervisors and other departments to clarify data-related issues.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
- Summarize and compile information for periodic reports.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Ensure compliance with data management policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- **Attributes**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
