Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
- Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
- Retrieve data as requested and ensure proper backup of data files.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Review and correct data entry errors before submission.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Generate routine reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software/tools.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
