Looking For **Hotel Operation Executive.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage guest reservations through our system, including check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards according to our service schedule.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments to identify and report any maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the property.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, guest information, and operational logs.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with guest services such as arranging airport transfers or recommending local attractions (depending on the service level offered by the apartments).
- Stay informed about local amenities and services to provide helpful recommendations to guests.
- May participate in marketing initiatives to promote the service apartments.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a service apartment environment.
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
