**Front Office Executive—Roles & Responsibilities**
**1. Guest Relations & Customer Service**
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
Provide prompt check-in and check-out services.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
**2. Reservations & Bookings**
Update booking records and ensure room availability is accurate in the system.
Coordinate with travel agents or corporate clients for group bookings.
**3. Front Desk Operations**
Answer telephone calls and redirect them as necessary.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly manner.
Monitor lobby activity and maintain guest confidentiality.
Issue room keys and process payments.
**4. Coordination & Communication**
Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
Inform guests of hotel rules, policies, and emergency procedures.
**5. Administrative & Reporting**
Maintain daily logs, occupancy reports, and guest records.
Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions at the front desk.
Assist in night audits or shift handovers as required.
Handle and record lost-and-found items.
**6. Technology & Systems**
Operate hotel management software (PMS) for reservations, billing, and guest services.
**7. Professionalism & Appearance**
Uphold the hotel’s brand image with appropriate grooming, dress code, and demeanor.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 per month
