**About Profile**:
**Primary Responsibilities would include -**
- Provide order details and relevant information to patients regarding their medicine orders.
- Answer inbound calls and address patient queries effectively.
- Coordinate with pharmacists to place medicine orders for patients when required.
- Ensure smooth communication between patients and the pharmacy team.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and orders.

**We are looking for someone who has -**
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle calls efficiently and multitask as needed.
- Prior experience in customer support or healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work at **Chhatarpur (Monday to Sunday)**with **roster-based weekly offs**.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
