Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves visiting retail stores, multi-brand outlets, and showrooms to promote and sell our products, build strong client relationships, and identify potential leads. This is a target-based role ideal for someone passionate about fashion and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit various retail stores, boutiques, and showrooms to showcase Belle Noor’s product range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge and styling suggestions to potential buyers.
- Gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in fashion, têxtiles, or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Good understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
