We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and driving sales growth through outbound calls to potential clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our real estate services and building relationships
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Present property information, answer questions, and address concerns
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property listings, and industry developments

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of experience in tele sales or customer service
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
